The agreement in principle will mean that your offer on that property is accepted and you haven’t lost out to some one else who could prove their financial position.

Appointments are available outside of normal opening hours

Appointments can be in a branch, telephone or a home visit (dependent on location)

There is no charge for this service. However a fee based option is available on request.
